Mi Portafirmas 3.2.2-

Mi Portafirmas is the mobile application developed by the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Function, designed to enable public employees to access signing services seamlessly from their mobile devices. It is essential to register beforehand with one of the Portafirmas servers to utilize the application.

The main features and functionalities of the Mi Portafirmas app are as follows:

• Sign, approve, or reject requests: The home screen provides access to a list of pending requests, displaying key elements such as request description, requester’s identity, submission date, expiration date, required action type, and signing priority. Users can sign or approve multiple requests simultaneously. Detailed information about each request, including documents requiring signatures, is available for further review.
• Review signed or rejected requests: From the home screen, users can consult both signed and rejected requests. The signed requests section allows access to signed documents and signing reports generated at the time of approval.
• Sort and filter requests: The application offers options to sort and filter requests based on specific criteria, such as:
  • Sorting by:
    • Most recent requests
    • Oldest requests
    • Requests nearing expiration
  • Filtering by:
    • Request type (all, validated, unvalidated, signature, approval)
    • Keyword or username (via a free text field)
    • Time range (all, last 24 hours, last week, last month)

• Add validators: In the profile section, users can add validators by entering the name or NIF of individuals intended to validate requests. Validators will receive submitted requests and can grant their approval prior to user signature or approval.
• Access as a validator and validate requests: As a validator for another user, individuals can log in with a validator profile to validate that user’s requests. In addition to reviewing general request details (requester, submission date, expiration date, required action type, signing priority), validators can also access specific details related to each request (observations, documents to be signed, attachments, historical recipients of the request, and other pertinent information).
• Authorize others to sign your requests: Within the profile section, users can designate authorized individuals who can sign on their behalf when they are unavailable. Authorized signers will receive pending requests and possess the capability to sign or reject them in the user's stead.
